What is the Credit Acceptance Wholesale Buying Club (WBC)?

The Wholesale Buying Club (WBC) is an exclusive online marketplace for dealers enrolled with Credit Acceptance offering ALL of their dealership supplies and Credit Acceptance Point of Sale (POS) material.

What are the benefits of the WBC?

How do I access the WBC?

The WBC can be accessed from CAPS® or CAWBC.com. From the CAPS Home Page, select Resources.

From the Resources menu select Marketing.

To access WBC, click on View.

To order POS material, use a referral credit, or purchase supplies against an Advance, you must login with your PlusProfit email address and Lot Number.

Example: If your Credit Acceptance Lot Number is 99z, log in with the following credentials:
User id: 99z@plusprofit.com Password: 99z

Why do I have to use my PlusProfit email address?

Our system identifies dealers, based on lot number, to determine product selection, product availability (GPS ordering based on state regulations), payment options (Advance versus other payment methods) and the ability to use Enrollment Money (Option A) to purchase POS material.

What payment methods are accepted by the WBC?

All major credit cards are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Qualified dealers can elect to charge their purchases against their next Advance (see FAQ #6).

How does a dealer qualify to charge WBC purchases against their next Advance?

To qualify for Advance Deductions a dealer must have completed at least one deal per month for the prior three months. Larger transactions require, in addition to the aforementioned requirement, a closed pool with at least $10,000 in positive equity. To determine qualifications and to be enrolled, please contact the WBC.

What is the Dealer Referral program and how does this credit work with the WBC?

The Credit Acceptance Dealer Referral Program rewards enrolled, active dealers for referring new business (e.g., other dealers to enroll with Credit Acceptance and submit contracts).

Qualified referring dealers receive a $500 credit toward Point of Sale (POS) materials from the Wholesale

Buying Club (WBC) when the following criteria are met:

  • Referring dealer must have a dealer rating of 1‐6
  • Referral must be recorded by your Market Area Manager (MAM) via the Credit Acceptance Dealer Referral Program Form PRIOR to or at the time of the referred dealership enrollment located in the CRM document repository
  • Referred dealer receives funding on the first Credit Acceptance contract

When these qualifications are met, you will be notified via your CAPS® PlusProfit email that your WBC Dealer Referral Credit has been processed.

To redeem your WBC Dealer Referral Credit:

  • Login to the WBC using your Plus Profit email address and Lot Number (see WBC FAQ #3)
  • Select POS materials desired
  • Enter the code received in your email notification in the Gift Certificates box in Step 1 of the checkout process and select APPLY. The credit will be applied to the order total.

If the order is greater than the credit, the balance can be applied to a credit card or Advance (for qualified dealers); otherwise select CHECKOUT and wait for the order confirmation.
